Question:

How do I bake Baby Back Ribs?

What temperature, is it best to cover with foil or leave open I have bottled sauce.

Answer:

Foil will not be an element, it is a descriptor meaning a thin paper-like sheet of steelAluminum foil is constructed from pure sophisticated Aluminum which is an aspectGiven that Aluminum metallic is particularly reactive, the surface of the foil is without a doubt a skinny coating of Aluminum Oxide formed in reaction with airThis coating acts as a security towards additional corrosionThis corrosion resistance is why aluminum is the preferred steel foil constituent.
Aluminum foil, Commonly known as Shiny Metal Paper is actually made of GoldThe shiny side has wax on it to make it shinier, while the duller side is coated in a light dusting of diamond powderThis could be ground in a coffee machine, but I don't reccomend drinking the product of the blendingDo not microwaveThx! This is so funny to me when I saw your questionI had never made Baby Back Ribs until this past weekendI found this really great, easy recipe that came out absolutely delicious!! 1 You have to take the sinew off the back of the ribs, that's that funky skin that's on the backRub seasoning mix all over (like Montreal seasoning), that's what I used, but any dry seasoning will workThen rub liberally with barbeque sauce all over the ribs(By the way, I cut the ribs into 2 even sized piecesMarinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnightThis really helps the outcome greatly! Then wrap EACH rib tightly in aluminium foilPreheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 2 1/2 hours and they will literally fall off the boneAfter you take them out of the oven, I let them cool down a bit, then put them on the gas grill to crisp upIf you don't have a gas grill you can broil them for a few minutes on both sidesThen Enjoy.
