Answer:

TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS Says it all and you were 8mph over the posted (Normal Day) speed limit. GUILTY AS CHARGED. Think about it what was the temperature? If 32 or below, ice is a HAZARD.
I guess if you need to ask then you must have to use them :O} hope everthing is ok and remember it is always good to plan ahead for just in case emergencies
The cop is right: He should have come to your house and arrested you right at the moment. Anyone who breaks the law should be arrested. Going 8 miles over the limit is a crime, and it should result in your arrest. I think the cop should have handcuffed you, beaten you with his nightstick, and then searched your house for whatever contraband he could find. The cop doesn't know that you're a better driver than everyone else. The cop doesn't know that you have special tires and special driving expertise. Come to think of it, you don't have special driving expertise, so stuff it.
too fast for conditions is an objective call. One made by the police officer. If you're going to go to court to fight it with the defense The officer was wrong, and I'm right. It was safe, then don't bother.
Stewart, unfortunately your nicked, by accepting the ticket. When they stopped you, did they explain to you why their nicking you and did they ask you do you understand. If they did, you just allowed them to write you a ticket. Your Justice was just thrown out of the window. What you did by saying that you did understand was in legalease say i Stand under, in English that means i bow down and accept your taxation, i.e. A ticket. Plead to court that you were driving strictly to the limit, at no time did you accept you were speeding and their ticket is unlawful (common law). Therefore you were tricked by them in taking the ticket, but never accepted it as you were fully aware of the driving conditions and you have no other misdemeaners. Be polite, look him in the eye and hope for the best, dressing smart always flatters those old farts. Good luck, hope this explained just what this ambigous crap is about.
