Question:

how do i get last motorcycle tire back on the rim after replacing the tube?

Yamha 80cc tire. Unfortunately, unlike a bicycle tire, i cannot seem to get the last 1/3 of tire back on the rim with any persuasion with a tool or anything. i got the stem through with nut on it so that is ok, but i need a trick or an answer from experience because the Hulk‘s number is busy right now, thanks.

Answer:

Dan has you covered! Use some tire lube or just some windex to help ease the bead over the outside of the rim. Made to shape tire irons help but are not necessary depending on what you have.but well worth the money.
Make sure the bead of the opposite side of the tire is at the middle of the rim and use a couple of tire irons to muscle the opposite bead over the rim.
2 Tire Irons, big ,BLUNT screwdriver looking things, just go over the tire bead and inside the rim working your way around. It is VERY EASY TO PINCH THE TUBE.
