I set up my cable box yesterday and the tv will show me the menu and tell me what's playing on the channel but every channel is just a black screen, how do I fix this?
Call Comcast tell them to authorize your unit.
The cable box needs to be addressed (turned on) before you can use it. That's how they control who's box works and who's doesn't.
