Question:

How do I get rid of bad smell on my sheets and clothes?

About the sheets I wash them, they smell fine, i dry them in the dryer with dryer sheets, they smell fine. I store them either in drawer or clear plastic bag and when I take them out to put on my bed, they smell like old people/musky. How do I get rid of that smell? I don't want to put dryer sheets in where I store them because I don't want to mask the smell, I want to make the smell gone. I tried laundry detergent with baking soda in it, I tried putting baking soda fridge pak in the drawer/plastic bag, nothing works. About the clothes They smell fine after I wash them at the landrymat, i put them in the dryer with dryer sheets, they still have a smell kind of like burnt rubber, it didn't use to do that when I did my laundry at my mom's or my old laundrymat, it started when I used the washer and dryer at the share house I live in, ever since then, my clothes smell like burnt rubber everytime I dry them (in different dryers). Any idea? (No, going back to my mom or the old laundrymat is not an option.)

Answer:

Sounds like you have it right. As long as the non-turning handle is on the outside of the door. The latchbolt is suppose to be movable because when you lock the door by pushing or turning the button on the inside and shut the door the latch retracts while sliding on the strike. Once the latch gets to the hole in the strike it pops back out. Hopefully, you have a deadlatch on your latchbolt also. These help deter thieves from using the credit card trick. Good Lock!
you could be billed for the replacement/repair of the hyndrant and any damage the water caused
Yes, you will be charged for both material and labor. Your insurance company should take care of it.
