I have to make an egg contraption for an egg drop i have no ideas of how to make itAny ideas? I'd reaally appreciate itI can only use the following things.-5 pieces of 8.5quot; by 11quot; paper-One sheet of aluminum foil, same size as paper.We can cut fold, shape and form the paper in any way.-up to 24quot; of clear 3/4quot; wide tape.-5 paper clips- 5 standard size popsicle sticksDont have to use all materials but only ones allowedAnd the base dimension cant exceed 12quot; by 12quot; squareWill be dropping 10 ft from the groundThankss i'd really appreciate it.
Parachute works horribly, don't do it(I did it for my egg drop and my egg got destroyed) Instead make a cylinder with foil/paperThe diameter should fit egg snuglyStuff tons of cushiony stuff in the bottom half of the cylinderRoll up a wad of the cushiony stuff and wrap it around the cylinderInsert eggDo some test dropsAdjust the bottom so the cylinder doesn't tip over when dropped.
