how do i re-season my cast iron skillets?

so i have 3 little pans and i have only used them a few timesi screwed it up by scrapping them too hard and taking the seasoning off of iti need to know how to re-season themlike at what temp and for how long and if i use cooking oil or crisco or what? need to do this asapthanks.

This works well How you season a new or used cast-iron utensil: 1If the pan is new, be sure any adhesive label is completely removed 2Wash, rinse and dry the utensil 3Grease the inside surface with Crisco or other solid shorteningA medium-light coating, as you would grease a cake pan, is sufficient 4Put your greased utensil in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour 5Remove, cool and store the panTo eliminate any concerns about using too much shortening, you can put the pan in the oven upside downPut a cookie sheet or aluminum foil on the rack below to catch any drips.
