Answer:

If you need a sweatshirt that does NOT mean your horse needs anything loljust saying. Okay, if your horse goes without a blanket all year around then he will be able to grow his furry winter coat and should be fine but here are things to consider. 1. Does he have shelter to go under? He definitely needs that. 2. Is it cold/windy AND rainy? If it's just one or the other then he will likely be fine, but both will make him chilled. 3. Monitor him. If he is shivering then his coat is not doing the trick and he needs some blanket help. I take it day by day to see if my horses need blankets. One of them can go through snowy/rainy/freezing days just fine, the other needs a blanket in just the rain. So it's an individual thing too. Good luck. You can always consult a vet/trainer.
FILO is full of it, quantum physics is the science of change. take a current flow of 100 electrons per sec supplied by 100 sources of 1 electron/sec to reduce the current flow you must remove sources that supply 1 e/s. the smallest change possible is one electron per second so the Quanta is one electron per second. In the science of quantum physics a quanta is the smallest possible change. Currently Mr. Hawking is very involved in the nature of gravity, I believe he has joined the scientific community that proposes that gravity is a force acting upon our universe from outside and is constantly pouring energy into our universe (The Begy Theory). The nature of this force can be best understood by investigating it at a quantum level.
It sounds like your alarm is an entry alarm. It is probably wired into the switch that turns on your dome light when the door is opened has a motion detector for if the car is rocked. As for the motion detector portion, your system should have a way to set the sensitivity threshold so it will trip with even a gentle breeze blowing to having to practically slam into the car with something. If you can change the sensitivity, try a couple different settings then try to trip your alarm until you like the sensitivity. For your other problem, you will need to see if your system is upgradeable. If not, then you may want to look into replacing it with a more sophisticated system that will detect air pressure variances inside the car or get one that has a proximity sensor. Have you ever seen some of the old Viper car alarm commercials? The ones that has the snake come out encircle the car when a thief approaches it there is also some type of voice message that is played too warning him that the vehicle is protected by Viper? That is an example of a proximity sensor in operation. Depending on the sensitivity settings, all someone has to do is just get within 1-3 feet of the car the alarm will activate. They don't even have to touch the car, or move the car for it to go off.
