Question:

how do motorcycles turn when its wet?

how do the motorcycles not just fall over when you try to turn? I know with modern tyres it helps but can they really prevent the motorcycle from falling over?

Answer:

Funny, both the previous riders said to slow down in the rain, I would never have thought of that. LOL! Would like to tell you about something that is known as the 'patch'. It's the surface area of a motorcycle tire that actually touches the road. So if you would, please open your hand and rub your finger across your palm. That's the size of the 'patch'. Now, spit into your palm and rub your finger across it again. Seem to move easier? Hope you see my point.

advantage more horse power better fuel milage your engine breathes better disadvantage some smog shops will fail your smog test visual cuz of the intake so just make sure you put the stock intake back on before you smog your car
Just as there is less traction in the wet for cars, the same applies to motorcycles. Prudent drivers of either type of vehicle slow down in the wet, and allow for greater braking distances.
They turn the same way they do when it's dry. Cautious riders usually slow down on wet roads, but a little bit of rain does not cause motorcycles to fall over

you can take this to the bank leave the factory system in place unless you feel your a induction engineer the factory paid them [engineers] alot of money so your engine would perform over the intire rpm range
