I heard that too a long time agoI don't know if it's still true or not.
Even the Egyptians got obelisks straight up, so nothing is impossibleThe poles are easy to put up, but there is some wiring to do, so I suspect they use a cherry picker to hoist the position the light while personnel inthe cherry picker do wiring.
