Question:

how do you end a SYSTEM process in windows task manager? it wont let me?

I can end any process that has the username &owner&but my computer doesn't and has never let me end a SYSTEM process. I find this strange, because my dad has a computer with windows xp just like mine; and i can end SYSTEM processes on Task Manger with his. My siter has a Dell with Windows Vista, and i can end system processes on her task manager too. How can i enable my computer to let me do this? there must be a way. when i try to end a system process it gives me an error saying &the operation could not be completed. access is denied& please help

Answer:

you could have a Ghost but why would it start the alarms?? it's pretty weird but i would have it checked out like look the brand of fire alarm up and see if it has a back up battery in it keeping it on but if it does not then seek paranormal specialists the Spirit could be trying to tell you something
But these Dells have a graphics chip that is less capable than the 9600 so it might make sense to look at some ASUS models with a 9800 which I think would be in the same price range.
Use a Swiffer mopand their wood floor cleaner to clean it and keep it shiny and fresh. And you can get rubber sheeting that is non-stickit's just rubber you put under the rugs (use double-faced tape to attach it to the rug) and it won't harm the floor. It's at all department stores, hardware stores or big box stores; usually comes in a roll and you cut it to fit. Or you can buy rubber-backed rugs.
