You can do Weight Watchers, however it is quite only a waste of cash that might be spent on garments and stuffIf I had been you, I'd begin strolling or anything and curb on carbs/energyGood good fortune!
The easiest way - not necessarily the best way - but the easiest: Buy the following things: 2 boxes of vanilla cake mix 3 9 round aluminum/disposable pans 1 jar of strawberry jam 2 cans of whipped vanilla frosting 6 eggs Bottle of vegetable oil Can of Pam spray Strawberries Bake the 3 9 cakes using the directions on the back of the boxes of cake mixYou will spray the pans with Pam before filling them with cake batter, and you will mix the cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil and water, and then bake them in the oven When the three cakes are done, ALLOW THEM TO COOL COMPLETELYTake two of the three round cakes and level off the tops so they are flatYou can do this by eyeballing the cakes with a knife and just carefully slicing off the rounded topsIt doesn't have to be perfect, but be carefulTake one of the leveled cakes and put it UPSIDE DOWN on a flat plateYou want the cut side downSpread half the jar of jam on top of this cakeLeave about 1 of cake clean/empty all around the edge of the cakeJust spread the jam in the middle and don't go all the way to the edge, leave about 1 between the edge of the jam and the edge of the cake Gently place the second leveled cake, cut side down, on top of the jamDO NOT PRESS, just set it downThen spread the second half of the jar of jam on top of this cake, again being careful to leave 1 of cake clean around the edgesSet the last, unleveled cake on top of the jam, rounded side upCover the top and sides of the cake with the canned frostingYou can get a smoother look by keeping a glass of hot water next to you as you work, periodically dipping the knife you are using to spread the frosting into the glass to heat it upThis will soften the frosting a bit and help you get a smoother lookTop with a few sliced strawberries.

I think it's great you chose to make a change :) I'd suggest seeing a dietitian first, she can give you some good tipsIts all well and good exercising but food has a lot to do with it so i'd start there Your body is not used to exercising at length, so start smallGo for short walks around you're neighborhoodGradually increase length and paceIf possible, go to a gym, you will be able to talk to a trainer who can give you a plan according to your personal goalsAlso exercise doesnt have to be boring, do things you enjoygo swimming, bike riding, kick a ball around with friends, anything to mix things up occasionally Also let your family know your goals so they can help you in any way possible, even if its buying less junk food or simply supporting you through this process Hope this helps, good luck :)
