Question:

How do you measure the capacitance with a caliper?

If there is no measurement capacitor on the table, then how to measure the quality of the capacitor?

Answer:

If there is no current file, then for large capacitance measurement changes can be measured by the charging current of the way, also need to clamp meter has high resolution. For small capacitance, the charging current is not enough to push the clamp type table, it cannot measure!
If the current has been maintaining a value, then the capacitor is breakdown. But if there has been no current, there are two cases, one is the capacitance is too low (PF skin level), another current clamp meter resolution is not enough, in this case, capacitor is unable through current clamp type table to judge.
The clamp type meter usually has current gear, and the current can be used to measure the charging current of the capacitorAfter using a dry cell to connect the circuit and turn on the battery, the current on the caliper table should show a relatively large current. Then the current drops rapidly and turns to 0. at last. This indicates that the capacitor is in good condition
