Question:

How does aluminium absorb light into heat?

What will happen to the particle motion in Aluminium as it is an effective heat conductor?

Answer:

run a straightened out hanger, or stiff wire through, then attach end to wire with hem tape or something and pull back through
take a peice of elastic or yarn or whatever you have that is long and then saftey pin it to the fabric on one endthen on the other end of the string, saftey pin another pin and then run that end through the entire thing and if you keep pulling, it will turn it for you!
I have used a knitting needle or also when you sew the end of the tube sew a long treaded needle into it so when you are finished you have a treaded neeedle to pull on and help turn itA broom handle if the tube is large enough or if not a pencilGood luck
There is a tool called a loop turner sold at most fabric storesIt is inexpensive and can be used to turn almost any tubeIt is about 9 inches long with hook on the endAnother suggestion is to press the fabric in half and then the 1/4 seamsTop stitch the open side and then the folded side - no turning is required.
When heated electron absorb energyThis energy is kineticThese electrons collide the neighbouring aluminum atomsThis makes the atoms to move randomlyThis random motion is the temperature.
