It is not a good idea to send negative energy to someone else, it just boomerangs back to you. A better solution is to bind that person from sending you any more harmful events.
Gather proof and tell an administrator, or grab a knife and lead it towards destruction. Rituals won't do anything, and I would go with the first one.
