Answer:

Rinse the sweet potato with cold water and wipe dry with paper towelsPreheat your oven to 400 degrees FPunch a hole or two in the potato as others suggestedPut some foil under the sweet potato or put the potato in an aluminum foil panBake for 50-60 minutes or until softThe holes prevent the potato from explodingIf you don't want a crisp outer skin, wrap each sweet potato in aluminum foilThe skin also just slides off when the sweet are cooked in the foilYou will still need to punch the holes in the potato(s) and will still need the foil or a pan under them because syrup leaks out of the potatoes and will cause a mess in your oven.
Can a paperclip rust in a day? ProbablyJust make a small nick/scratch in the paper clip and it will rust fasterPenny? I'm not sureProbably awhileSteel spoons are usually plated with another metal; so if you remove that metal coating, it will probably rust just as fast as a paperclip (if a paperclip were the size of the spoon) Al foilAluminum will not rust very far; Aluminum becomes aluminum oxide - see rubies/sapphiresThis coating protects the aluminum so it will not rust beyond a very thin coating of aluminum oxideHowever, if you add a little bit of liquid mercury, it will rust.
