I am on a new diet, with 1500 calories a day maxI am supposed to keep my carbs below 75g, but my fiber over 25gI can only have 1-2 servings of fruit per day, and I have to weigh all starchy veggies like sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, etc, as well as legumesWhite potatoes, white sugar, and white flour (or any wheat due to allergy) are not allowedOther grains are okayHow do I keep below my calorie count, keep moderately low carbs, and get enough fiber? I have been using My Fitness Pal, and I m reaching my calorie and exercise goals, but coming up short on fiberI even take 2 tsp Benefiber in the morning.
