how long do i cook a turkey that weighs 23 lbs and at what temp do i put it on ?
I put mine on 250 and let it cook for hoursI cover it with foil after I season it so that it keeps it's moistureSorry I tried to return your email but it wouldn't send.I put it on 250 and cook it for about 6 or 7 hoursI season it then put a small amount of water, maybe a cup, in the bottom of the panThen I cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven and let it cookIt is very moist when you take the foil off it Good luck and sorry about the email issue!
