Question:

How long does it take?

I really wasn't sure where to put this so I figured you vegetarians and vegans might be able to give me an indication.Over the past three weeks, I've changed my eating habits to include a significant amount of vegetables and legumesNeedless to say, it's wreaked havoc on my digestive systemI don't think I need to go into more detail than thatBut I was wondering how long before I can expect my body to become accustomed to my new eating habits? Thanks to all!

Answer:

Insulated mine last year, no just don't hold the hose in one spot for any length of time, also make sure you have a good method to communicate with your helperTo avoid running the tube through out the house I put it through a second story window lucky for me that is where the access hole was.
The details: Use cardboard or roof flashing (thin metal in a coil) to surround any light fixture boxes, electrical boxes so you can access them later if you need to and keep heat from building up around themI would keep the access hatch area clearI put down some walk boards down the center to avoid stepping through the ceiling and use the cardboard or flashing as a barrier so you have a path if you need to access that areaYou do need a helper to monitor the container and keep it filled while assuring there are no lumpsStart at the farthest end and spray evenly one side at a time (you might consider using several paint sticks to monitor the depthPut install the sticks in several place places and you will have an even spread. For safety: dust masks, goggles, gloves and long sleeves with head gear (baseball cap).
Need more info to adviseWhat does include a SIGNIFICANT amount of vegetables and legumes mean? And what does wrecked havoc on your digestive system mean? Are you bloated after eating? Bloating after eating can be a sign that your body doesn't like it and having an immune response to itIt can also be a sign that you don't have the right digestion enzymes for the food you are now eatingIt will take your body a while (say a week or so) to get the right amount of increased enzymes going in your stomachAlso please chew your food more with the increase in fiberNeed to mix the saliva's digestion enzymes with your food and get the surface area up to a maximum for the other intestinal digestion enzymes to attackAre you having constipation? You have probably increased your fiber content and it is pushing alot of stuff thru your colon: cleansingFiber needs more hydration than the usual stuff (fats, simple carbs, etc.), so maybe drinking a glass of water BEFORE eating your meal might be something you want to get into a habit of doing (not after as it will dilute your already struggling digestion enzymes)Are you having diarrhea? The intestinal flora is changing in your GI tract/digestive systemYou have now increased your fiber content (soluble and insoluble) and bacteria that was barely surviving are now in overabundance at your providing them with food source (and can create flatulence too!)It will take awhile for your intestinal microflora to adjust (again probably a week and half)Need to know more specifics than havocAre you eating raw veggies and canned legumes? Or are you cooking the veggies till they are soft? Are you cooking your own legumes? Do you also have alot of sugar with these meals? Like juice during the meal? Or fresh fruit with the meal? Food combining can cause some distress in digesting it at firstAlso as you cleanse and move toxins out of your body, it can make you feel sick or lethargic as the toxins are let loose and can be exited from the body.
