A gaming laptop is more expensive than a normal laptop. Look for Dell's XPS line, they have moderate to extreme gaming laptops. I'd say about $1000-1500 should get you a solid laptop. My suggestionbuy a solid work laptop for about $700, then take $400 and buy a good desktop PC. You can easily upgrade the PC later with better hardwarewhereas with the laptop, you won't be able to upgrade it except for memory and hardddrive
