I live in PA and last night I totaled my car. I have full coverage but I also hit a fire hydrant in the process. Do I get fined or does insurance cover it?? I also hit a pole and the fence around a boat/yacht place can they sue me? Thx in advance!
move to the country have trees or shrubs in your yard have a berm built or a fence(not possible depending where your house is situated and if the noise is from the front as opposed to the back) keep windows shut and use good windows and insulation
No, only if you want to. Current certification training does not even have you doing breaths for the victim if you are working alone, compressions only and at a faster rate then in the old days.

I want to know this too actually, my problem is a little worse. I go to bed at roughly 12, but I can't sleep. Sometimes I will fall asleep around 5 a.m but sometimes I think maybe I should stay up and do everything today that I usually do, and it works. I don't sleep for the night, I read the book or play computer then the next day go to work. That night I am so exhausted I can't help but fall asleep on time. Maybe try this once, but I can't help you with anything long term as I still suffer from this. I didn't sleep last night and am still awake unfortunately.
No, but smart people will have a means to protect themselves. You never know if the person that is down has one of those diseases that keep on giving. Even family members may have something contagious and you know know it. Common sense works well and a pocket mask or micro shields are easy to carry around. Semper Fi
