Question:

How much would a cold air intake cost?

For christmas, I was thinking about putting a cold air intake into my boyfriends car. He has a G6 V6 Coupe. I dont know if there is special ones for different vehicles. If you could direct me to a reliable website as to where i could buy this, that would be greatThank You!!!

Answer:

cold air intakes have been proven not to be as effective or efficient as thier claims are, I would not waste the money, the advertising is deceptive as it talks about wot being the way to make horsepower, this means wide open throttle . as a suggestion if you would like to give hime something all guys would like, go to home depot and buy some black gorilla duct tape (best, strongest duct tape ever) and a 12 pack of henry wineheardts beer and gift wrap it with duct tape and make a bow . best of luck.
Some people are allergic to some preservatives.
For the best answers, search on this site shorturl.im/awwCm $0. Your vehicle HAS a cold air intake. Go look at it. Leads away from the hot air of the engine, to colder air near either the side, or the front bumper.
they range from like 180 to 300 dollars on average they are very easy to install. i have hardly any mechanical knowledge and it was extremely easy to replace the stock air filter with a cold air intake. i would reccommend a KN intake system if you dont want to spend a lot
People having acidity and gastric problems should not have food with preservative.
