That's a great question. Of course buying one would be simple. But if you really want to make one it's actually very simple. The only thing I recommend you check on is the wiring of the other devices. This wiki link pretty much shows you everything. You just have to make sure the polarity is correct and of course a good ground. It's very simple, I've made a few. Good luck.
