How to choose refractory material
Refractory fiber according to different raw materials, there are aluminum silicate, quartz, alumina and graphite, refractory fiber. Commonly used aluminosilicate refractory glass fiber is amorphous, including ordinary aluminum silicate fiber, high-purity aluminum silicate fiber, chromium silicate fiber, long-term use temperature of 1000-1200 degrees.
The crystalline refractory fiber mainly consists of polycrystalline mullite fiber, the optimum use temperature is 1300 DEG C, and the long-term use temperature of polycrystalline alumina fiber is 1400 DEG C. The service temperature of ordinary refractory fiber is 1150 degrees, and the use temperature of advanced refractory fibers (such as alumina, zirconia, refractory fiber) can reach 1700 degrees centigrade
Refractory fiber in different furnace material requirements are different, I would like to know is methanol as a protective gas, fire fiber, cotton material what?.
