How to effectively clean the input side of my heat exchanger on a 2003 GMC Yukon?

I am thinking of removing the exterior vent filters below the windshield and vacuuming with a tygon tube down to the heat exchanger/ evaporator?

the heat exchanger is under the dash and takes a couple of hours to get to

There are no vent filters or heat exchanger in a 2003 GMC YUKON OR evaporators either.....some one is pulling your leg!
