Question:

How to fix windshield wiper fluid shooter on a Honda Civic 2001?

My Windshield wipers work but the fluid doesn‘t come out. Any suggestions? The wiper fluid is full too.

Answer:

What is your guys' take on the problem. Thanks in advance. -------------- Like everyone else said. Have codes scanned and diagnose properly and repair as needed. Just let a shop handle it. If you had the skills and equipment, you'd not be asking this.
If you can hear the wiper motor come on ,the small jets are clogged up ,take a small needle and stick it up in the small jets to un clog them,if you don't hear the wiper motor ,you will need to replace it .
disconnect the hose under the hood at the nozzle and see if the fluid comes out of the hose when you work the washers. chances are it will and that the nozzles are plugged with crud. you can usually clean the nozzle out by blowing compressed air into the hose or by using a safety pin to clean out the opening. if no water comes out of the hose when you activate the washers then you need to check the fuse; if the fuse is good the pump at the bottom of the windshield washer reservoir would be bad. both the fuse and the pump failures would be very uncommon hope that helps
