There are many of them, but here are a few: - Wraparound- Circle the basketball around your body as fast as you canDo the same for the other direction- Elevator- Circle the ball around your legs, body, and then your head as fast as you can, and then go back downSame for other direction- Figure 8- Make your legs parallel width apart from each otherThen, circle the ball around one of your legs and then the other leg, which completes a figure 8 drill- Twister- Put the ball under your legs and hold it with your handsThen, quickly make your hands go around your legs and switching sides of holding the ball without letting the ball touch the groundThis drill will help you develop quicker handsAs for working on your jumpshot, you can't really work on it unless you have a hoop that you can work onTo keep up with your shot and form, lie on the floor and shoot the ball in to the air-focus on proper form and make sure that you shoot it straight up in to the air so that it lands right back in to your hand.

HI You should order the springs that the cam calls forIf you get to heavy of a spring you can ware the cam lobes flat in short order with to much spring pusherBut to answer your question with the heaver spring you well have less valve float at HIgh RPM'sand a more positive seal on the valvesBut in the same mind if your valves are not up to the power of your springs you can pop the head off the valve and toast the motorAlso I have heard the when you brake in the cam you should remove the inner (or outer don't remember) spring so your don't flatten a cam lobe then after brake in you can replace the springPut a call into Crane's tech and find out for suregood luck Tim
