Question:

How to go over speed bumps?

A lot of speed bumps around my area are solid, there are no holes for motorcycles (cept the sides) to go through. I read that you have to go at an angle.. how do you do this (without hurting the bottom of your bike)?

Answer:

Lycra(R) or Spandex (R) though you may want to look into some kind of rubber or latex sheet. If you've ever had dental work done and they slip a rubber barrier over your tooth, that's the kind I'm thinking of. Lycra(R) or Spandex(R) would be available at your local fabric store. Rubber or latex sheeting might be obtained from either a scientific or industrial supplier (see link below) or type natural rubber sheeting or natural latex sheeting into your browser window. Some of these places may send you a free sample if you request it.
you can mount it any way you want as long as it stays and doesn't fall on someone's head. Remember, mount it 4 to 12 inches down from the ceiling and make sure it's away from any vents or ceiling fans.
