bleach cleaner works great, but they will eventually get dirty again soooo...
daily you could put your vacuum on the bare floor setting and vacuum it. Weekly give it a good sweeping and mop it with vinegar and water.
There are special steam cleaning machines built for various tile cleaning applications.
