Question:

how to lose stomach fat w/o workout machinery???

i know not to eat much when trying to decrease the size of your tummy, so don't bother mentioning it.

Answer:

sit ups! run outside any chance you get, crunches.
Do sit-ups. Without exercise machinery, that's probably the best exercise you can do. Even with machines, it's still probably one of the best. It strengthens your abdominal muscles, and you can probably get a six-pack if you work hard enough. ;-)
1. You have to eat ur three basic meals a day, even when trying to lose weight don't starve yourself. Its all sbout your portion control. 2. Swimming is fun and I've lost around 3 pounds in June just frim swimming for 30 min. every day. It really works.
You could try sit ups. Or try this - get a small ball between your feet, and raise up your legs to point straight over your body. Then lower them while still holding the ball between your feet.. Do a few times a day for about 5 mins a time. This will strengthen your lower tummy area and build up good muscle and lose fat.
Before you start getting crazy with the situps, you have to shed that fat with cardio. You don't have to have a treadmill to walk or jog. Try walking/running up the stairs in your house. I know it builds muscle in your legs but it burns 1300 calories an hour, and when you lose weight it's most visible first in the stomach area, b/c that's the body's natural fat storage place (along with butt + thighs). Also, walk/jog in the park at least on the weekends or whenever you can. You could take up dancing, volleyball, etc, any form of cario workout basically. If you want to have a toned stomach, then read this. You could try: -Situps/crunches to strengthen the core -Leg raises -Stationary bicycle exercises: Lay flat on your back and clasp your hands behind your head so your elbows stick out to the side. Then draw your left knee up to the middle of your chest and use your abs (don't just turn your elbow in) to touch your right elbow to your left knee. Repeat on other side, and do about 60-80 on each side. ~M=F
