Question:

How to make a paint job look like wood?

I'm painting my kitchen a beige or baby yellow type of color, and I have panel sliding closet doors that are white. I would really want to paint them brown but don't want them to look like brown, I want them to look like wood. Any techniques I can do to make them look that way without having to sand them down and do a bunch of work? Any ideas would be great! Thanks.

Answer:

Use one of those sticky rollers that you use to remove lint onn clothes, it works good.
3 options: 1: get a different or lose the cat 2: change it to a hard top or 3: get a very good vacuum cleaner.
The best solution I've found duct tape. (No, not around the cat!) Pull off a long strip, about two feet in length. Press it down on the convertible top and rub back and forth lightly to press it down. Then pull it off. Nearly all the hair under that strip will go away. Then repeat, on a different portion of the top, till the cat hair is gone. I've tried the sticky rollers we use on clothing no good. Nor are the rubber-bristled brushes (which are okay on the couch). They all do a little good, but the only thing that's pulled cat hair off my convertible top is the roll of 2 wide duct tape.
First you % a shape it is as capability effectual as achieveable, 8 thick Structural Insulated Panels or sip's make a shape like a giant Styrofoam coffee cup and can take little or no to warmth and cool, combine that with a south dealing with Tromb wall or different photograph voltaic collector and the development may be somewhat capability self sufficient different than for long sessions of cloudy days. A heating gadget utilising a geothermal gadget might additionally help with evening out temperature swings by utilising utilising the earth as a warmth sink.
