I mean some medicine or chemical i put in tyre and that chemical or medicine (powder or Liquid) react with air and block little whole or puncher in tyre for a little period. So i can reach the puncher shop easily? I listen from somebody that there are some spry‘s in market when we put that spry in the tyre that blocks the pin wholes in type for a plenty of time. And I listen from somebody that in past there was a powder in market when we insert it in the tyre somehow ( i have not got any information about how to put in this powder in tyre ) then the powder blocks the a little puncher whole and the remaining air still stay in there or you can put more air and you can go easily to the puncher shop.is this possible?

I'm not sure where you are at in the world, but in the US there is a product with the brandname of Slime. It is a thick, bright green slimy liquid you put into the tire through the valve stem (where you put the air in). It works great for tubeless tires but normally does not work when your tire uses an inner tube. Slime will stop small leaks and prevent future leaks, but it will not work on large punctures or rips. Retail stores that sell any kind of tires usually carry it as do farm stores. There are some products that are in a spray can that are intended to air up the tire and put the sealer in at the same time, but are normally intended for emergency use. There are other products similiar to Slime with different brandnames.
