Question:

how to preform BJJ moves fast?

i know some of you will tell me it's not about speed just today i sprawl with my friend when i tried to take him with an armbar he flexed his hand so it was a strong grip my grip is stronger just i can't hold his hand and move if for where i want like a puppet then i went to the triangle just in took me maybe like 5sec to grab his hand near his neck and choke him i want to know how to do the move fast and effective today i saw a video for a street fight and the guy choked the other guy with a triangle i think it's faster or kind of easier to do the submission in a street fight because the guy wont see it coming or guess just when you sprawl BJJ the other guy will know what you will do sometimes so what do you think and how can i improve my bjj and get faster

Answer:

As stated by Frank that’s hard to read. But in general most if not all bjj techniques could be applied effectively slow as well as fast. If you can’t do it slow that usually means that you are missing details that makes the technique work. For example for that arm bar, you should hug the arm and keep it to your body and lie back. If he is gripping the other hand/arm then the solution isn’t to go faster, but to find out how to loosen his grip to hug the arm and lie back.
By learning them over a course of practicing for many years. This block of words was hard to read, please use punctuation. You didn't mention anywhere an instructor, get one if you want to learn.
