I want to start wetting the bed at night. How do I make myself pee the bed while sleeping?

Why would you ever want to start wetting the bed? Trust me, as a life long bedwetter for 23 years, its not something that is ever worth wanting to start. True bedwetters suffer from it on a nightly basis and can't help waking up wet based on medical problems, underdeveloped bladders or a number of other issues. People who want to start wetting the bed for whatever reason they want are just insulting those of us who truly struggle with the problem. Sleeping in wet sheets and clothes is not comfortable or desirable at all, especially when it gets cold and you are then stuck trying to sleep while being uncomfortable from the wetness and coldness. Then on top of that, you have to wake up to cold, wet clothes and sheets and wash those sheets, wash the bed, and try to get the stench from a soaked mattress out. Then at night you put the bed back together, only to have to do it all over again in the morning.
For starters, congratulations on setting a goal and striving to attain it. Now days too many young people just drift aimlessly through life. Good to see a motivated individual. The best way to start wetting the bed (barring you don't want to head down to your local library and check out Bedwetting: From clenched to drenched in 10 days is to drink a lot starting about two hours before bed. Tea is a good choice. Two large glasses an hour without using the bathroom prior to bedtime. You will wake up in the middle of the night with the urge to urinate. Wait till you have to pee, then go to bed, while your awake let the pee out and let it go all over you and the bed. Then nigh, night, go to sleep.
I am usually glad to answer questions here. . .but why on earth would you want to start wetting the bed?
Why? It's unsanitary and just plain gross. But try drinking a gallon of water right before bed.
