ford crown victoria steeling wheel is frozen in locked position
IF you dont mind messing some thing up, a guy i work with says you can just kind of slam/spin the wheel and it will break the pastic piece that locks it. Could be wrong though thats just what the guy said
Put the key in the ignition, turn the steering wheel away from the locking position (there is usually a little room to wiggle) then start the engine.
if this is the typical ford thing which is the wheels locked and you cant turn the key you have to pull on the wheel to one side or the other and turn the key at the same time. sometimes you have to go back and forth with it.if not please give more detail
