How to use a dial indicator measuring stem bending

How to use a dial indicator measuring stem bending

Answer:

1) when measuring, both ends of the journal are supported on the ball bearing, and the thrust of the shaft should be limited to 0.10mm within the range of measurement.(2) the equal axis along the length direction measurement, measurement point selection in the surface must be free of burrs, pitting, bulge, smooth pit shaft.
(5) by measuring and recording the dial indicator. According to the records, the rocking value of the shaft in the same section is calculated, and the 1/2 value is taken as the bending value of each section.(6) the bending value of the same azimuth of each section along the axis length is traced in the rectangular coordinate with the trace point method. According to the measured bending value and connected to the bitmap, there are two straight lines, and the intersection point of the two lines is the maximum bending point of the axis
(3) the shaft end is divided into 8 equal parts as the starting point of measurement "1" as the key groove on the shaft and mark points, and these parts should be measured and recorded consistent numbers.(4) the dial gauge installed in the axial length of each measuring position, the measuring rod to center vertical shaft surface, through the axis, the dial pointer adjustment to the middle small scale, large pointer to the "0" or "50", the shaft rotates slowly for 1 weeks, the dial pointer should return to the starting value. Otherwise, the reasons will be adjusted to meet the measurement requirements.
