Bluetooth is an option on your laptop. Did you order it at the time of purchase? If not you don't have it. Please look on back and tell if you have a black Bluetooth sticker. If not this would mean that you would not have the Bluetooth module installed. Dell would have added it at the factory if the option was installed. It is required by law. If you want to add Bluetooth to your laptop it is not expensive or hard.
Well use your broadband Read the instruction. Then if not working either. Find a on/off button on your computer, for wireless.
