I am using an hp rfo-hf-hp IR receIver/ Blaster and I am trying tO figure out how to use the blaster function to control a cable box. I hooked up an IR cable to the port on the back labeled 1 but am lost as to where to go from there. I cannot use media center and I am using Happauge Win TV 6.
