First, you must activate your GPRS or MMS service. Then, you may create a Multimedia Message throught your cellphone. You can find it in the menu message option in your phone. You may write text, add images, sounds or video. Lastly, just press to send it to someone.
Well, what kind of phone do you have? If you access the messaging section of your phone, there should be an option for Multi-media message ,picture message, etc. Once you do that, you can attach a photo and send it to a number/email address.
