Question:

Hydraulic and pneumatic transmission,

machinery and components, such as cylinders, cylinders and so on, whether the pressure vessel ah? Does the relevant manufacturer need relevant qualifications? FiveThere are two entirely different answers to the question. Which one is right? Hope that professionals pointing. Thank you

Answer:

Pressure is the airtight equipment that contains gas or liquid and carries certain pressureLiterally, the cylinders, cylinders, and hydraulic components are not airtight, with A, P and so on.. So it doesn't belong to the pressure vessel.
In hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, only the gas tank and accumulator belong to the pressure vessel and require qualification. The remaining electromagnetic valves, cylinders and cylinders do not belong to the pressure vessel
Also belong to pressure container, cylinder pressure is bigger, cylinder cylinder pressure is smaller. Need qualification.
Does not belong to pressure vesselOnly containers that meet the following three conditions are called pressure vessels:(1) work pressure (Note 1) is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa (working pressure means the maximum pressure (table pressure) that the pressure vessel may reach at the top of the normal working condition); (excluding hydrostatic pressure)(2) containers with inner diameter (for non-circular section, width, height, or diagonal, such as rectangle, diagonal ellipse, long axis), not less than 150mm(3) the working medium is gas, liquefied gas or liquid whose temperature is higher than the standard boiling point;
