Question:

Hydro Radiant Floor Heat In A Mobile Home?

I have been hearing about radiant floor heating for several years and it sounds like an awesome ideaI currently live in a mobile home, and last night I thought of putting that kind of heat in my trailerI think the type that goes between the floor joists and mounts to the subfloor would be the likeliest applicationI can't seem to think of any reason why this wouldn't work, but I have many years of new home construction experience, but next to NO trailer experienceCan someone more knowledgeable than I can think of any reasons why it would not work?

Answer:

Parchment paperAluminum foil may stick to the fudgeIf you're going to use it, at least butter it thoroughly.
Yes, you can use tin foilIt will NOT stick to the fudgeI ALWAYS line my fudge pan with foil.
Sure you can do it if you can get underneath the floor and strap the pex tubing on with aluminum platingYou should insulate beneath this system though, otherwise you'll lose a lot of the heat down instead of it radiating up into the floorI recommend at least R19 below your radiant heat system.
