They are both wheels for indoor skating only. They are essentially the same wheel, with one optimized for grip on slicker surfaces, the other for speed on better-coated surfaces. Agent Orange wheels are approx. 89A on the shore durometer scale, and are made for floors with less-than perfect, or old coating. Green Machine wheels are approx. 91A and are made for coated floors in good condition. NOTE; Hyper has since superseded these indoor wheels with the Hyper Havoc, Intensity and Kaos X and Kaos XX wheels (in ascending hardness).
