Question:

How to change my t-mobile cell phone?

I am currently a t-mible cell phone user, way over two years. My cell phone is kinda getting old, so I want to get a new phone, and also I want to change my plan as well, still with t-mobile though. How do I do that? Will they require me to sign a new 2 yrs contract like new users do? Will they charge me activation fee again with a new phone even I am already a t-mobile user? Thanks.

Answer:

You will have to pay a upgrade fee of $18.00. You should probably upgrade before att fully controls tmobile so you can get a cheeper plan.
