It's a juice fastI don't want to end the fast because my stopping point is Monday so I would like to make it to MondayI'm having really bad headaches and becoming forgetfulWill I be fine if I continue the fast or does this mean it's dangerous or something? I could totally just eat some fruit or something but would rather notMy mom juice fasts all the time and I don't wanna tell her I have a headache because then she would make me end the fast I think.
