Answer:

It will likely depend on your location. Some areas have very strict laws about when you can and cannot tow. My guess is that this is one situation where the tow company won't have much leg to stand on. Really though it's your landlords fault. Let her know you're going to take legal action and see if she tries to settle. If she doesn't, take it to small claims court.
Same thing with meI am not sure if it is the pump or if it isn't stimulating a letdown. I gave up trying! **Still nursing, just not pumping.
ST is basically right except that lawyers detest bar complaints. One told me that the worst thing he ever experienced was answering a bar complaint. His livelihood is in jeopardy and his time had to be consumed with answering it and justifying his actions. I suggest since you have a meeting scheduled you ask the attorney at that meeting to explain what he has done and when. Take notes. Tell him you wnat to know in detail his plans for prosecuting the case, including his estimated timeline. Tell him you want to know what you have to do to get him on the phone or get updates. It will become apparent to him that he cannot ignore your case or he will have to deal with bar complaints and loss of the case as well. He will either work the case or let you have the file back to find another attorney. If he does not then do as st suggested AND file a bar complaint afterward.
Yes it was legal for them to do that. And no, it is NEVER legal to park in front of and block a fire hydrant.
