Question:

I am selling a very small and sharp around the corners metal item on OKorder should I include a choking hazard?

I cut sheets of copper into small .5 x .5 pieces and sell them on ebay. Should I include some kind of warning or choking hazard in case someone gets hurt by them and wants to sue?

Answer:

There are a lot of great tire brands. Choose the right tires for your motorcycle and for the way you ride and keep them in good shape. Base your new tire selection on your original tire's performance capabilities: · High mileage touring · All-weather driving · Multi-season driving · Sharp cornering · High-speed driving · Off-road riding For more information on motorcycle tires, check out this site:
Metzeler does or at least until recently made auto tires and I think a few ag tires. Over the last 35 years I've tried Dunlop, Bridgestone, Continental and Cheng Shin on touring bikes and I always regret when I didn't use Dunlop. Cheng Shin were ok, but didn't last long enough. Continental wears long but I don't like the wear characteristics. The one on the front of one of my dressers started howling at 2,500 miles and has only gotten louder with more miles. I'm REALLY disappointed, that's the last Continental I'll ever buy. The rear Dunlop Elite 3 has 27,000 miles and needs to be changed. Still has adequate tread left, but on a 960lb bike it has worn flat and effects cornering. Several people I know put expensive, touring style Metzelers on the back of the same bike and said they were worn out at 8,000-12,000 miles. Nothing but Dunlop from here on out for me.
Avon, Bridgestone. But it depends very much on what kind of tire you need. I would compare specific tires rather than just manufacturers. Any major manufacturer of motorcycle tires (Avon, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Metzeler, Michelin, etc.) will have some models that are good. Having said that, the Pirelli tires that I've looked at so far always had far too little life expectancy and I couldn't find any Continental tires that would suit my purpose.
how can someone choke on a 5x5 peice of metal? a warning hazard for sharp edges would be more appropriate and on the outer package too somewhere along the lines on PLEASE BEWARE WHEN OPENING, SHARP EDGES
Are you selling it as a child's toy? Then you don't need to worry. Items sold by individuals on eBay are not subject to federal labeling laws. But if it makes you worry so much (as it must, since you've posted this question multiple times) then go ahead and label it.
