Answer:

I doubt it.unless you have a heated garage it will freeze inside and outside.
Although you will trap moisture inside, you could add some moisture-absorbing pellets inside before sealing the new pane inThose ones in the vitamin bottles would be greatJust put them where they can't be seen.
Unless you can remove all the moisture in the air between the panes I dont think you will avoid condensationIf the object is to provide additional insulation you should reduce the size of the windowHeat transfer is based on area as well as insulation however in your case the area will be more dominant that the R factor obtained by the thin insulationI'd suggest considering smaller windowsWith or even without the smaller window (may not be practical) you might consider some form of lightweight insulation for the whole grarage door such as hard foam or even a thin layer of space blanket type insulation.
Well, the bowl of cereal and bagel are too muchbut it also depends on what kind of cereal, is you had something like special k that helps you loose weight but if it was Captain Crunch or Honeycomb or something then those are really sugaryAnd bagels have a lot of carbsThe sandwich was alright, you should have had wheat bread or some kind of multi grain bread instead of whiteWheat bread is a lot healthierAlso mayo has a lot of fat and oils in it, so you may want to illuminate the mayo and stick with the mustardSo cut down on carbs and eat more proteins like white meat and red meat and eat more vegetables but not too many fruits because fruits have a lot of natural sugars, the harder the fruit the more carbs, so bananas are o.k, apples aren'tI hope that helps!!!
