Question:

I believe I have a Queen Palm, but it's sickbig time! ?

City moved fire hydrant that was very close to the tree. Ever since they moved it, the tree has continued to almost die. I figure it has to do with the roots being disturbed when the fire hydrant was moved. I've tried putting palm tree food but no luck. I don't know much about this kinda stuff anyway. Can you help me? Also, is it best to cut the palms (all of them are brown and dried up)?Any help would be great!

Answer:

The skull crushers isolate the tris more because it is a single joint (elbows) exercise. The close grip bench has some pecs and anterior delts helping out a bit because it is a multi-joint (elbows and shoulders) exercise. If you want to work the tris only, then go with the skull crushers. Best of luck and good health!
