My Dreamweaver 8 crashes on startup and my Speedbit Video Accelarator won't start at all. Also, I cannot access my Task Manager, regedit and Folder Options.

If your using an older track ball mouse, flip it upside down, turn the small door that goes around the ball, remove the ball, you will need 99% isopropyl alcohol and a couple of Q tips, look in the mouse you will see two round plastic rollers with a larger wheel on the end clean them with the alcohol and the Q tips, a lot of junk gets picked up by the rubber ball, when the both rollers are clean insert the ball put the plastic door on and turn it to lock the ball in place, and try it again, if your using a laser mouse use the Q tip and alcohol and clean the red light area, hope this helped good luck.
