It‘s a long, irritating story, but I was walking about 1/2 a mile through the snow up in the hills with open-toed shoes and a short sleeve shirt. I was out for about 40 min and my feet and hands went numb. So, I came back home and wrapped up in a bunch of blankets by the heater, but I‘m still really cold and my ears are ringing. Blankets, fire, hot water.nothing works.Any advice???
Try making some hot coca!
Soak in a hot tub for a while. Get in bed if you have an electric blanket after the soak.
